" Look! Dolphins!" My kids were screaming, my husband was pointing towards the water, people walking by stopped and stared. A beautiful sight, at least 12 of them swimming past. They were jumping and spinning, I couldn't get to my camera quick enough! I only captured a few fins here but it really was something to see. I have never seen so many that close to shore before.
I managed to collect a few shells.
After the dolphin commotion we soaked in some sun. Who said you need to drag a bunch of stuff to the beach? Not us, we just go. A couple buckets and your good! I usually carry my beach chair in the trunk but "someone" took it out. No one is fessing up to it. "Not me mom", "I didn't take your chair out". .......Times this by 5. . . . . . . .

ReplyDeleteRita, it was an awsome sight to see! I have never seen so many at one time so close. And don't worry, the hubby can't find the dremmel so I won't be drilling any time soon, I'll keep you posted :)

Hi - so nice to meet another beach girl! We are heading to the park at the Precidio below the Golden Gate bridge. Hoping to see dolphins too! The last time we walked on the bridge (a few weeks ago) we were so excited to see a whole school(?) of them. What an unexpected treat. Nice to meet you - stop over to my blog when you get a chance!
